Negotiations expire one hour after bidding ends for that vehicle. You must pay for and drive the vehicle within that time period. If there is an issue covered by arbitration, you must make it known in the auction office within that one hour time period.
Arbitrator's decision is FINAL.
All AS-IS vehicles are 100% AS-IS.
You are bidding on the vehicle as it is. There will be no consideration of adjustment of fees or price for any reason. It is your responsibility to know what you are bidding on. Recreational vehicles, motorcycles, and equipment are always sold AS-IS. If you bid & your bid is accepted, you bought it!
ALL ARBITRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED NO MORE THAN ONE HOUR AFTER SALE OF THAT UNIT. ARBITRATORS RULING IS FINAL. ALL FINAL PURCHASES ARE CONSIDERED AS IS!
This Auction does not inherit vehicles.
