You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or bid and must have a valid driver's license or I.D. card.
You must register and receive a bidder's card to bid.
All purchases must be paid for by the close of the auction on that sale day. Any unit not paid for in full by the deadline will be considered a forfeit and deposit is non-refundable .
You must pay $200.00 as a cash deposit, refundable after the auction if you do not make a purchase. If you make a purchase, the $200.00 cash will be applied to your purchase.
There will be a $50.00 administrative charge for all sales.
Auction must do tag and title transfer and collect applicable state tax for each sale.
You will be required to remove the unit yourself. Towing services are available locally at a reasonable rate.
The auction is not responsible for damage to any unit after the winning bid has been declared.
The Auction will only sell your vehicle if you have the title and is issued in your name on the front of the title. Expert title service is available at the time of registration. If you should have any questions ask before you register the vehicle.
You must provide proof of insurance before vehicle can be driven from premises.
All vehicles must have proper pollution control devices.
