No alcohol allowed.
No children under the age of 16 allowed on premises.
No one under the age of 18 allowed bidding or buying .
All buyers must register and receive a bidder's card to bid and must be readily visible .
Must have a valid driver's license or ID card to sell or buy.
All purchases must be paid for the day of the sale.
No outside sales. All units purchased must be paid through the Auction.
To remove any unit from the premises you must provide a bill of sale for that unit.
You have three business days to remove any unit from the auction, unless that unit will be re-registered for the next sale. Any unit not removed by 4:00p.m. on the third business day will result in a $10.00 late fee per day until the unit is picked up. Any unit Left over 30 days will be sold for storage fees or impounded and towed away.
Auction is not held responsible for any damage or theft to any unit left on the premises. (Units are left on premises at owner's request and risk.)
It is the buyer's responsibility to lock or secure their unit and remove from the auction lot as soon as possible.
The auction is not responsible for any lost key or replacement.
Anyone found tampering with or removing equipment or keys from vehicles will be subject to suspension from the auction and criminal prosecution. Dealers will be held responsible for the actions of their employees and guests. This Auction will not be responsible for any lost or stolen keys or radios, and/or accidents, damage or vandalism.
Any statement made by the auctioneer on the day of the auction supersedes any printed or oral statements made prior to the auction.
The auctioneer is the final authority in any and all disputes arising from the sale of all vehicles.
BUYER BEWARE--- any unit sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, NO WARRANTY AND NO GUARANTEE is given. There is no REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
Buyer is responsible for verifying V.I.N. or serial number, model year, and mileage reading on all purchases at the time of sale.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to listen to the announcements related to that unit at the time auctioneer is introducing that unit.
If for any reason the buyer would like the title to be put in another person's name, the other person must be present and have a valid driver's license or I.D. card.
Once the title work is completed there will be no changes made unless there is administrative error.
Do not bid on any unit unless you are sure you want that unit. Once you sign the bill of sale you have a legal obligation to pay for that unit.
If you buy a vehicle with a delayed title and title is not available to the buyer by the 15 th day, the buyer has the option of returning the vehicle and receiving a refund of purchase. We recommend that you spend no money on that vehicle until you receive a title. The buyer and seller agree the auction is not responsible for any extra expenses.
No gray Market vehicles or foreign titles will be accepted or sold.
The Auction does not inherit vehicles. We simply provide a service for you to sell or buy a vehicle.
If the Auction determines that the transaction is not fair and ethical to either party, the Seller and Buyer agree that the Auction cancel the sale, at its sole discretion.
Vehicles that are unsafe to operate must be announced and must be sold stationary, AS-IS.
