•  All dealers must show proof of license in their state and must be registered at this auction before selling or bidding.

•  There will be a $20.00 delayed title fee and title must be provided by 10 business days.

•  Failure to announce that the title is not present at sale time permits the buyer to void the transaction if desired. This is limited to the sale day only.

•  No vehicle will be offered for sale without V.I.N. plate or proper verification.

•  All commercial vehicles, fire damage, water damage, delayed title, and salvage or rebuilt vehicles must be announced.

•  The “will call” (IF) sales will be binding to the Buyer through 12:00p.m. the next business day of the sale date. If the auction cannot reach the Seller, the “Will Call” (IF) sale stands at the Buyer's option until contact can be made with the Seller.
