RULES AND REGULATIONS OF LIGHT SYSTEM

Know the Light System!

When each unit comes to the auction block the auctioneer will make some announcements about the unit. The most important thing to remember is which light the unit is being run under. The light the unit is being run under will give you some clues on the mechanical condition of the unit that you want to bid on.

•  GREEN LIGHT

“RUN AND DRIVE”- These units are being announced as good mechanical condition with regards to the warranty. This does not mean the unit does not need any repair or that the sale can be canceled because of defects other than what is explained in the warranty. You have one hour to inspect the unit after you are the winning bid.

•  YELLOW LIGHT

“CAUTION”- Listen closely for the announcements listed by the auctioneer. The buyer cannot turn down any unit for announced conditions.

•  RED LIGHT

“AS-IS”- sold without arbitration. All units $1500.00 or less are automatically AS-IS.

•  BLUE LIGHT

“TITLE DELAYED”- Auctioneer will announce a delayed title status on this unit. Buyer is cautioned that the title will not be available the day of the sale. Seller must have title within ten days of the sale date.
